Shipping Policy

Shipping fees will be added to the items' price and charged for delivery to a single destination, even if more than one item is ordered. Once an order is placed, it requires 1–4 business days for processing, and the order will be delivered within 7 to 20 business days from the date of purchase. "Business Day" — Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and official days of rest. A tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as the shipment dispatches. If the product is delivered to a pickup point or a locker at the customer's request, the date of delivery to that point shall be considered the official delivery date.

Products are shipped from an overseas warehouse, and delays may occur during peak seasons; in any event, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 20 business days. It is clarified that LUMERO is the seller in the transaction and holds legal responsibility toward the customer, even when the product is shipped from a supplier outside of Israel.

LUMERO is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control (strikes, communication failures, security situations, force majeure), without derogating from the consumer's legal rights regarding non-delivery on time. Please ensure that the shipping address is entered fully and accurately; a shipment lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer is the customer's responsibility, without derogating from their rights under the law.

Products shipped from abroad may be subject to import taxes and fees according to law; if applicable, the shipping company will contact the customer. This expected liability is clearly presented before completing the order.
